From Endlessly Seeking to Simply Being

Developmental coaching to bring you back to yourself

I describe my coaching as developmental coaching because real challenges my clients face—chronic burnout, self-sabotage, setting boundaries, finding purpose, navigating major life transitions—impact every corner of their lives. These aren’t just surface-level problems; they shape your work, relationships, and even how you see yourself.

Most people come to the sessions with the common refrain that they are dealing with these issues because there’s something missing or broken about them. They believe if they just work harder, find the right answers, or force discipline, they’ll fix themselves.

But what if nothing is missing?

Katie, Founder of Bachmeyer Press

“As a mother of three kids 6 and under, and with a husband in medical school, Minnow looks at the heavy lifting I must do as a business owner and helps me figure out smart and intentional ways to lighten the load.

His ability to sift through and clarify my thoughts while providing actionable insights to move forward with is truly invaluable.”

Todd, Marketer and Writer

“Talking with Minnow keeps my focus sharp and my vision clear. He steers me away from the shallow whirlpool of vanity measurements and leads me into the depths of what is truly possible. He is a lighthouse that keeps me from being dragged under by the waves of mediocre work, the sirens of cheap clicks.

It's safe to say that without his guiding glow, I would feel more than a little lost.”

What if we began with the belief that we are already whole?

What if the real work isn’t about searching for answers or needing to improve, but to uncover the wholeness, resources, and wisdom that’s already there within us?

In our work together, we’ll explore different depths of your mind, body, and emotions to drop into the inner wisdom and strength that’s already within you. Because from this place, those complex issues wouldn’t be problems to be solve, but circumstances to navigate and unfold.

Imagine feeling fundamentally at peace with yourself and the world—not because everything's perfect, but because you're connected to something deeper. You won’t be caught in the endless cycle of self-criticism or trying to become someone else. Instead, you’ll show up as you—grounded, present, and fully alive.

  • You’ll feel fully resourced and centered, no longer burned out or overwhelmed.

  • You’ll act with calm confidence, believing in your worth and no longer sabotaging your own success.

  • You’ll be deeply attuned to yourself, able to ask for what you need, set strong boundaries, and give from a place of abundance.

  • You’ll feel connected to something greater, moving through life with purpose and a sense of belonging.

  • You’ll embrace uncertainty with ease, staying open and ready for whatever comes next.

Grace, Founder of PX Coaching

“After working with Minnow for the past 6 months, I can honestly say that I would not be where I am in terms of a positive mindset, reachable goals, heightened confidence, clarity about my brand, and a detailed path to grow my business.

Minnow's ability to not only listen to your words, but to also access the feelings and thoughts behind your words is a skill very few people possess.”

Niki, Founder of BK Tees

"I started working with Minnow at a career crossroads. The combination of his relentless encouragement and acuity opened so many doors for me at a time when I felt unsure and confused about what step to take next.

Each session is a journey of self that Minnow distills into a clear, actionable plan full of insights that unlock possibilities for your future."

How We’ll Work Together

My coaching is exclusively one-to-one, and I limit the number of clients I take on to ensure you receive the focused support you need.

Most clients work with me for 6 months, though many continue for over a year as they see ongoing progress.

We’ll typically meet two or three 50-minute sessions per month, with asynchronous support between sessions. Our work is guided by The Developmental Container, which gives direction and focus to the work we’ll do in our sessions.

The Developmental Container

Your Goal

We begin by defining a clear, positive goal that brought you to coaching. It could be something you want to achieve, a skill to develop, or an area for personal growth. While this goal is important, we hold it lightly, allowing it to evolve as you gain insights from our work together. This goal will serve as a guiding compass, helping us identify and overcome the obstacles standing in your way.

Morning Intentions

Each morning, you’ll start your day with a mindful activity like meditation, journaling, or exercise to help ground and focus you. From there, you’ll set a daily intention that align with your goal. This intention can include tasks, experiments, or practices to help you overcome the obstacles standing in the way of reaching your goal.

Evening Review

In the evening, you’ll take a few moments to reflect on your day, noticing the patterns or parts of yourself that supported or challenged you. The key is to approach this reflection with curiosity and kindness, avoiding judgment or self-criticism so that we can be empowered to continue the next day.

Coaching Sessions

The daily practices of Morning Intentions and Evening Review will reveal the obstacles and insights that will give us the context in our sessions to do the work that cultivates Presence. Presence is the essence of our innate wholeness and completeness, beyond the shifting parts of our personalities or emotions. It is the grounded, self-aware core of who we are that’s full of strength, compassion, and clarity.

It’s from this place, we can meet our goals or any experience with acceptance and wisdom. But we often have unconscious patterns, emotional block, and habitual stories that keep us from accessing Presence.

In our sessions we’ll explore and navigate through the depths of Parts and Process to access your innate wholeness and completeness.

In the depths of Parts, we engage with various aspects of your personality, each part has a particular story and way they see the world. Some parts protect you, others may criticize, or carry emotional weight. By understanding and loving these parts for who they are, we can release rigid patterns and reveal a sense of aliveness and deeper connection with yourself.

In the depth of Process, we attune to your immediate, felt experiences in the moment- bodily (somatic) sensations, emotions, and imaginal felt images. Instead of relying on thinking or analyzing, we use language to explore these feelings and sensations as they emerge. By staying present with what unfolds, we can uncover deeper insights and perspectives leading to a clearer understanding of yourself.

We’ll flow between these different depths in our session, guided by what unfolds in the present moment. As we move between the depths of Parts and Process, we’ll can drop into qualities of Presence accessing the innate wholeness and completeness within us. These qualities aren’t things we need to acquire or become, but expression of who we fundamentally are.

From our sessions we’ll integrate what unfolded into the Developmental Container and co-create the next steps to overcome obstacles and move you closer to your goals.
